Shelly joined Slinde Nelson Stanford in late 2009 as our legal assistant/paralegal, bringing with her a diverse legal background. Today she doubles as the firm's Office Manager charged with running the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm. Shelly's paralegal practice includes commercial and contract litigation, construction defect, business law, transactional, real estate, estate planning and immigration law. Shelly is experienced in all areas of complex litigation, including document analysis and control, database management, case organization, and trial support activities. When Shelly is not in the office working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, volunteering and traveling.

Selma Williams

Selma joined Slinde Nelson Stanford in April 2013 with over twenty-one (21) years of experience in the legal field. Selma started out working for the King County District Court as a file clerk and then moved into the private sector. She has a wide background in several different areas of law including civil rights, employment law, domestic relations, criminal defense, immigration, and environmental law. She currently assists the firm's transactional and civil litigation attorneys. She brings a keen attention to detail and multitasking skills to her work. Selma continues to expand her knowledge and experience through research and seminars. Selma's passions are spending time with family, reading, gaming, snowboarding, and volunteer work.

Kristen Wiljanen

Kristen WiljanenParalegal

Kristen joined our firm in 2014 as a Paralegal with over 11 years of experience. Kristen’s experience includes working with multi-million dollar class action lawsuits in Oregon and Washington. She currently assists our attorneys with construction defect, real estate, transactional and heavy civil litigation. Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys dancing and spending time with her daughter.

Michele Snyder

Michele joined Slinde Nelson in 2015 as our legal assistant with over twenty (20) years of experience in heavy litigation. Michele has worked in a variety of fields, ranging from state, federal and appellate work in employment law, insurance defense, construction defect, civil corrections, estate planning/probate, and landlord/tenant law. She currently assists the firm’s civil litigation attorneys. When Michele is not in the office working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the beach, camping, reading, and volunteering at the local Girl Scout troop.

Rehan Harrach

Rehan HarrachLegal Assistant

Rehan joined our firm as a legal assistant in 2016. She assists our attorneys in transactional, collections, civil litigation and our vast Secretary of State registered agent management. Rehan particularly enjoys tackling document indexing, data entry and research – there is no project too large or too small. Rehan continues her education through seminars and attending CLE’s with our attorneys at any given opportunity. When Rehan is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her cats Sam and Theo, hiking and doing CrossFit.

RaeAnne joined Slinde Nelson Stanford in summer of 2011. When RaeAnne is not greeting clients and visitors she enjoys going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.

JESSICA HAKE

Jessica HakeParalegal / Project Assistant

Jessica Joined the SNS team in 2016 after graduating from the Paralegal Program at PCC. Jessica has experience with intellectual property and assists in this department by whatever means necessary including managing the docketing system and keeping track of the firm's filing system. She also assists Shelly, the Office Manager with various tasks, and works with the paralegals and attorneys on whatever project or task needed. Her skills in these areas have been a great asset to the daily running of the firm. When Jessica is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband restoring classic muscle cars, attending car shows together, camping and photography.
