Alejandra Klein joined Slinde Nelson as Attorney and Director of Client Development, after directing the legal affairs of a large global public company for 14 years. Her experience includes general in-house counsel services, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, operations and business management, project management and compliance. She understands the different concerns a business has and addresses legal needs with the maximization of the bottom line in mind. She brings her experience to Portland businesses in contract drafting, incorporation and organization, and other transactions.

Alejandra is a Board Member of Metropolitan Family Service, is very active in the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber and other entrepreneurs’ associations and organizations.
