Alison focuses her practice on the formation and growth of businesses through drafting and negotiating contracts, protecting and licensing intellectual property, and buying and selling business entities. She enjoys working with brands and entrepreneurs to turn ideas into companies.
Alison attended Lewis & Clark Law School, where she was Executive Editor of Environmental Law Review and inducted into the Cornelius Honors Society. She also assisted with research on several articles as the International Research Fellow and was awarded the DWT International Law Writing Award for her paper, Drafting International Investment Agreements to Create a Healthier Environment for Intellectual Property and Global Health.
