Hunter Bitner







Hunter Bitner is a litigator and transactional attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, construction law, product liability, malpractice defense, real estate, insurance and insurance coverage disputes, and serves as de facto general counsel for a number of companies. Hunter is a frequent speaker on issues related to construction defect litigation and is an active member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.

Prior to joining Slinde Nelson he was of Counsel at Dunn Carney, a founding partner at Hodgkinson Street LLC, and a partner at Hoffman, Hart and Wagner LLP. A proud southerner, Hunter played three sports at Auburn University, and is addicted to "SEC football." He also enjoys golf, and as a former chef, he enjoys cooking.
