He's advised principals and managers on employment agreements in a number of contexts, and worked in all facets of business law, including drafting employement agreements, hiring employees, drafting employee handbooks, and drafting non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. After founding Du Val Business Law in 2001 and growing it to a robust transactional practice, he joined Slinde Nelson in 2010 as head of the Transactional Team.

Jason Hirshon joined Slinde Nelson as a Partner in 2009. He has extensive experience in business and commercial litigation, and regularly advises business owners and employees on employment litigation matters.
